Sketch2BASIC

Sketch2BASIC is an interactive tool developed by Kerl (22/10/2020) that allows users to create drawings using the mouse or keyboard and automatically generates SINCLAIR BASIC code using the DRAW command. It's designed to simplify the creation of vector-style graphics for the ZX Spectrum.

Main Controls:

• Left-click (Enter): Adds a point to the current path. Each point creates a line segment from the previous point.

• Right-click (Space): Closes the current path and outputs the corresponding BASIC code.

• Escape or Delete: Undoes the last point added.

• Arrow keys: Move the cursor 1 pixel at a time for precise placement.

• Mouse wheel (or NumPad + / -): Zooms in and out of the drawing area.

• W key: Changes the pen width (visual only, does not affect the code).

• NumPad * and /: Adjust the transparency of the drawing overlay.
